Many have an image of Me … but few get the picture

Pictures say a lot, Right? What does this picture say? Is it a full representation of me? What image do you have of me?

Now look at yourself in the mirror.( πŸ‘€) Take a good look at self. What do you see? You may possibly see yourself differently then how others view you. Why is that?

What’s your image versus the picture that people obtain of you? What’s the image versus the picture that you present to others?

Image- A representation of the external form of a person.

Picture – A representation of anything upon a canvas, paper or other surface.

What external form do you present to the world?  What parts of you are hidden?

In reference to self since I am the one writing, to most; I present Joy.πŸ˜ŠπŸ€— I love life and everything in it. This is who I am to most people at arms length and it is who I am to people closest to me. It’s a safe portion of self to offer to the world.

For the select whom are not at arms length, I present a picture of Christina. That picture includes a complex individual with many layers before revealing my true self. (Blame it on Trust Issues πŸ˜”)

Very independent and self motivated; I sometimes dance to the beat of my own drum. πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸŽΌπŸŽΆβ™©

We as people show an image of us to the world …. a safe image, because let’s face it there’s always a thought or concern of how people interpret you.

But

How about the picture that people have of us? Do they have the true raw picture of you?

I know I have posed many questions but my goal is to get you to meditate on what you present to the world versus the ones closest to you. Is there a difference? If so, why?

It’s been something I have been processing for the past couple of months. I’ve been compelled to expose more of self … but the question is to who?

Do we have people we can be safe with? People that we can we give our true unadulterated self to?

I admonish you to find at least one. Find comfort and peace in letting your hair down

…. and live life freely. In Peace & with #Joy; resting in the comfort that there is at least one that has a true portrait of who you really are.
